About Maxfields Candy


In 1947, Maxfield Candy Company started as a small, hand chocolate-making operation in the heart of Salt Lake City, Utah.   Company founders, Vard Maxfield and Ray Jonson had one goal in mind:   to produce the “finest chocolates in creation.”  

 

Maxfield’s began as a regional candy maker, selling chocolates up and down the western United States.   Maxfield’s is now well-known nationally and has long since outgrown its beginnings in an intimate 1200-square-foot factory.  But it has not outgrown its quality promise.
